Am i what you call a late bloomer or is it something else???

i turned 17 on june 22nd 2007 and i'm not sure if i'm a late bloomer or not..i have my pubic hair..my armpit hair..my leg and arm hair and i evens have a mustache and i feel that my penis will never grow any bigger it seems the same size for well over a year now maybe it grew just a small bit but not even a inch its 4 inches when i checked like a year ago and it looks teh same exact size..i only have a couple more years to go up until i'm like 20 or 21 before i stop growing and i'm affraid it will never get any bigger becuase every girl i know thinks size matters like at least over 5 and up and i just need to know if it will ever get bigger or if becuase i have all of my hair including alittle mustache if i'm done growing..could you help me with some advice please

We all have to play the cards we are dealt, but it never hurts to make sure the deck isn't stacked against you.

Therefore I suggest you see a doctor about having your testosterone levels checked ~ just to be certain you are growing to your full capacity... for piece of mind is all. If your testosterone levels are low, and the octor thinks it appropriate you can get testosterone replacement therapy to realise your genetic potential.
Maybe you just have a small penis..?
