Someone told me it was about a girl who's father died when she was young, and got a step-father that molested her.

Is that right? Or is it about something else?

The video's about that. Except the parents didn't die, and the molester looked more of a baby-sitter than a step-father.

The lyrics are about how your life is always spiraling downwards, and your friend/lover is telling you that they want to end it all. It's like contemplating with a suicidal close friend.

I've been confused with that video, it seems like the girl is being treated fo mental problems because of trouble in the family?

but still it's a really sad song, when I listen to songs I think them as discribing how I feel or wats goig on in my life, for this one it's my mom as left me but it'snever too late to coe back, well yeah not what ur looking for.............. bye!
