I want to go see the tree colors change this fall up north somewhere. I'm planning for late Septemeber. Does anyone have any suggestions on great places to visit and get away while also taking in some of Michigan's finest weather.

There is a train ride that goes from Mt. Pleasant to Cadillac during the fall, there are also dinner trains available.

I'd also sugguest taking a drive around the shoreline, it's very pretty during the fall.

Far upper part of the lower pen, the whole of the upper pen.
Some airports have fall color flight's. Also, some with ballon's. Munising, pictured rock's nice. the island and mackinac. the drive across us 2 .
