Very likely. If you're running late, you should call ahead and let them know. Doing otherwise is disrespectful to your potential employer. They have jobs and have scheduled time to meet with you, by showing up late, you have disrupted their schedule. In the future, you should plan on arriving no less than 15 minutes early for your interview.

In a word. Yes. Unless it was like a car wreck or something. If it was "traffic," keep sending those resumes out.
pretty much yeah
yes.
Unfortunately yes. It's that old 'first impression' thing. The way he/she is now thinking is "will this person be late for work as well?".

If you had a really valid reason - I'd let them know ASAP
The question that comes to my mind is why did you not call your client to say your going to be late and why. Its a common curtesy expected. You will still need to address that.
No I'm late for nearly everything but it always works out in the end.
Most probably. Your interviewer will likely conclude that this job isn't important to you and if he/she did hire you, you wouldn't show up for work on time and most likely have an absenteeism problem. I wouldn't hire you. You blew it.
Unless you are the only choice, you have lost it. For whatever the reason, being on time is important. If there was a car accident or something, you should have called to inform them. Otherwise, they see you as someone who can't manage time, and that reflects on your abilities to manage everything. A half hour late, I canceled interviews and sent people on their way for less. It's not just y9our time, it's their time too. Remember, they have schedules and need to take care of business.
did you not call and explain?

it had to be a real disaster to be that late.

not just that you SLEPT IN.

I'd say you have lost the job.

If you cannot even get to an interview on time, how can you be trusted to get to work on time? Never mind that it was a one time thing - thats no excuse. That is what they are thinking. What is worse is that you didnt even call to explain.
