Hi all, I had lot of arrears in BE. I passed out in 2005 but got degree in April 2007... Is there any problem if we go to big MNC companies with late degree?? But i got experience of 2years in a small company.. As i've completed my degree now i want to join in a MNC but few of frens saying that they will through me out as i've late degree. Is it true??? And few other frens saying that there will be no problem as i've experience... What is the best suggestion i can have from your end????

Your performance in the interview is what counts. Just be ready to explain the delay, in case they ask.
